Delegates of Warsaw University of Technology visited NUAA

On November 20th, a delegation of Warsaw University of Technology, led by Vice President Rajmund Bacewicz visited   Vice President of NUAA, Prof.Huang Zhiqiu met and extended his warm welcome to the foreign delegation. Executive Director of International Cooperation Office Prof. Lai Jizhou, together with relevant faculties from College of Energy and Power Engineering, College of Science and College of International Education attended the meeting.

Vice President Prof. Huang Zhiqiu extended his welcome to VP Prof. Rajmund Bacewicz for his visit and briefed him on the general situation of NUAA. Prof. Huang Zhiqiu wished two universities strengthen communication and cooperation in the field of faculty and students exchange, academic communication, and establishing joint laboratories in scientific research.

VP Prof. Rajmund Bacewicz hoped to cooperate with NUAA in student and faculty exchange and teaching. The two sides have conducted in-depth discussions on the cooperative joint and double degree programs for the undergraduate and postgraduate level.

WUT delegates visited the State Key Laboratory of Mechanics and Control of Mechanical Structures.

The Warsaw University of Technology (Polish: Politechnika Warszawska; literally, "Warsaw Polytechnic") is one of the leading institutes of technology in Poland and one of the largest in Central Europe. It employs 2,453 teaching faculty, with 357 professors (including 145 titular professors). The student body numbers 36,156 (as of 2011), mostly full-time. There are 19 faculties (divisions) covering almost all fields of science and technology.
