NUAA Held Ethnic Culture Festival

The 13th Mingyu Cuiping Culture Season has come, and the Ethnic Culture Festival was held on 14th, May in the Sakura Square, Jiangning Campus. Xuchuan, Deputy Secretary of the school’s Youth League Committee made the opening speech and Zhang Guoquan, Vice President of International Education College attended the ceremony.

In the festival, there were students from more than 30 countries, like China, Ghana, Nepal, Bangladesh, India and so on, fully displaying various ethnic cultural elements in different forms of dances, music, cuisine, artwork, and costume and bringing the enjoyment and amazement of vision, hearing and taste to the audience.

The global cuisine meeting boasted different delicious food all around the world, namely, chicken dices with curry from India, raisin from Sin kiang, fruit jam from Mauritius, Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka. In addition, the show of racial customs and dances also attracted lots of students and teachers.

This festival was hosted by the school’s Youth League Committee, undertaken by International Education College and International Communication Association, offering an exchange platform for domestic and international students.
